USB DVBT stick that supports MPEG4 for Ireland

Can anyone recemmend something for my laptop that will recieve and decode DVB-T MPEG4 in ireland?

Is it the stick itself that decodes the signal or will it be my Laptop?

Any DVB-T stick will recieive the Irish signal, it's the software that needs an MPEG4 decoder.
