Folks, I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I'm shortly going to be moving to the US for a couple of years, and one of the things I'm considering is buying a Plasma or an LCD TV over there, as the prices seem pretty reaosnable at the moment. I'm a complete and utter newbie when it comes to this though. My rear projection TV (Toshiba) in the UK happily accepts PAL and NTSC, but I can't find any information on US websites, or on company websites like Panasonic, on whether their US products support anything other then NTSC, either built-in, or with a breakout tuner or connection box. I realise there's lot of different variables I'm going to have to come to terms with, including voltage, connectors, etc, but I was wondering if anyone had ever done this before, and if anyone had advice ("Don't do it !!" is quite acceptable :))
