    Hi folks.

can anyone recommend any good US Civil war movies?

i have 'Gettysburg' and am thinking of getting 'Gods & Generals'. Wasnt there another of these 'Mini Series' types released inbetween these two?

Also any others that people could reccommend would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks guys.

If you are a US Civil War fan, both Gettysburg and Gods and Generals are essential viewing, in my opinion, as will be the final part of the trilogy Last Full Measure when its finally made/released.

I saw one called Ironclads which was a TV movie. About gun boats the used and there was some spying going on. I enjoyed it but it does not get good marks on IMBD go here http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0102129/ there is also a trailer and that looks bad as well.

Ken Burns's Civil War is a TRUE masterpeice, I simply must buy it....but where from? PlayUSA have it for 55 quid and its on 5 discs, whilst PlayUK have it on 3 discs for £44. Anyone know the difference (apart from the obvious)? Am I still allowed to even LOOK at American DVDs or should I give myself up straight away to the nearest Uber-Nazi?
