Urgent-need to decide on receiver

    I want to get a low cost receiver initially to supplement the audio on my tv. I will therefore be using two speakers and sound quality rather than facilities is more important to me.
    I have seen the Sony STR-LV500 and Teac AGH350 available for approx £100.
    Can anyone give opinions of the relative merits please?
    Also can I get a virtual surround from two speakers?
