Please can anyone help. I have recently bought a Sony RDR HXD860 HD recorder and DVD player. This is connected via HDMI to a Themescene (Optoma) HD72i and the HXD 860 has been set to upscale to 720p. However the signal indication is still only 576p and is not upscaling. I have changed all possible settings in the Video output menu of the Sony but no joy. Sony says "there may be a compatibility problem" Has anyone successully used these two components together with Upscaling via HDMI? Thanks
