Upscaling Media Streaming solution?

Standard Member
Hi All,

A little helps pls :lesson:

I would like to burn all my DVD collection to a NAS box attached to my PC in the Study and possibly also download WMV and other source video to it.

My question is around what Media player with HDMI I can put with my 1080p 40" TV in the lounge that will stream from the NAS box/PC in the study and upscale from SD to HD 1080p?

The PC/NAS boxes in the study will be connected to the Media Player in the Lounge via wired 100mb Ethernet

Recomendations for a good quality HD Media Player and NAS box gratefully recieved. If the NAS box can run Slimserver for my Squeezebox's even better (have seen the Qnap TS 209)

Thanks in advance
