I bought a TV (Toshiba 28ZD26P) from someone and had it shipped from Bedford to Surrey by UPS. Good, pickup for him, £40 (split between us), and next day delivery. Or so I thought :suicide: .
It was collected last Wednesday. STILL NO TV.

Below is the tracking info (hopefully) (it goes from the bottom up):

they just called to say it will be here within the hour, end of rant.
but still, its too long for "next day", still post your horror stories here, with UPS or anyone else, lets let people know who to use and who not!

Make sure you both get a refund mate as it clearly wasn't "next day" delivery. :)
