Upgrading RAM on my Fujitsu-Siemens?

Hi guys, I have just purchased my first laptop - a Fujitsu - Siemens Amilo Laptop from Argos. It only has 1GB of RAM and I was wondering if it's possible to upgrade the RAM, and if it is how would I go about it??

Try posting the exact model number - you could also try googling for the manual which may tell you. Laptops normally have a memory slot on the base - have a look for some access panels and have a look inside. You can go the RAM Memory Upgrade: Dell, Mac, Apple, HP, Compaq. USB drives, flash cards, SSD at Crucial.com website and they have a memory scanner which will tell you how many memory slots you have and what memory upgrade you can order.

i have the Amilo D1845 and there is a panel on the bottom with lots of screws, thats where my RAM cards are hiding, hope that helps.
