    Hello there

I've been a happy owner of a PHD8 for about a year now. The PQ has never been less than stunning and I've not (yet) had a single problem with it

I fancy upgrading to a 50" (or bigger) screen. I am keen to stick with a panel and the PHD9s have now come down to a sensible price.

Can anyone offer any advice in upgrading to 50"+? How does the PHD9 compare to the PHD8? I've read the problems with the 'purple snakes' but I believe this has now been eradicated. Are there any other 50"+ panels or TVs that I should consider?

Any help / comments / advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

I think I'd wait for the next panels later this year

Aye - half way through the current G10s, so hang on 'til Oct/Nov when the PH10 should be hitting the market.

    Thanks guys.

Do we have any idea of prices and just how much better they will be than the current gen?
