Hi I had been experiencing momentary drop outs since FOCupgrade to M600 which were interrupting and ending Zoom sessions, casting to TV, streaming from various sources and most annoyingly UHD Footy and Wimbledon via the i Player. One day no problem but next 3 or 4 dropouts. Also got "No internet" a few times on this PC via cat6 to router.
So decided for the first time for a few years to complain.
Got through to pleasant lady in UK call centre . Engineer visit arranged
Nice guy arrived at appointed time and immediately said your SH is 8 years old and cannot cope with M600.
He fitted new SH4 and all seemed to be OK and am defo getting higher wireless BB speeds throughout the house .
Using this desktop PC connected via ethernet and I am getting speeds well over 600 mbps.
However I have found that I am having problems with Youtube since the new router was installed. Any video I try to play the ads play OK but the main content appears to load but only get a black screen with the rotating circle in the middle. Wifes laptop connected by WiFi works OK on Youtube. Maybe problem is not related to Superhub but occurred same evening as installation and worked OK previous evening.
Any Ideas???
TIA

Solved! As my Mrs Laptop worked with wifi I disconnected my PC from ethernet cable and logged into WiFi and YouTube worked OK. Reconnected ethernet and lo YouTube now OK Puzzling but....!
