upgrade worth it? best over ears/streaming service combo

Hi all
i am currently using a Bose QCII and want better sound. since i live in the netherlands, Amazon music HD is not an option.
Is it worth upgrading to the Sony WH1x4 with a another HD music service ie. Tidal/Deezer? if yes, which one?
