Question Upgrade options

hi, Im new to this forum. Just had the option of a pair of dynaudio x38 on ex display at £1500. Considering them an upgrade from my old spendor s6e. I am using a naim atom. I am after a fuller sound at lower volumes. The spendor sound nice but I listened to some dynaudio x14 speakers which had a great sound but not quite the fullness of the spendors, although the differences were quite subtle....I also play a lot of vinyl via my linn deck. I’m using naim cables. Anybody out there had any experience of the x38s? Or maybe a power amp might be a better idea...
