Upgrade amplifier, or new subwoofer?

I'm looking to gain a slightly fuller bass sound.

My current set up includes Quad 11L speakers and Sony CDPXB930E CD player with a NAD 314 amp.

Would a change of amplifier make any substantial improvement? - my shortlist so far is: -

    Cambridge Audio Azur 640a
    NAD C352
    Sony TAFB940R

I would like the bass to be as full as possible (given the limitations of the baby Quads of course!).

...maybe I should be considering a subwoofer instead of amp change?

Alternatively if I could trade in the 11Ls for 12Ls, I'm sure that would improve things no end - anyone know of any decent dealers in the south (Hampshire/Berks/Wilts) that would do a part-ex?

The Quad L subwoofer would be a perfect partner for the 11L's, or maybe their new Quad L-ite subwoofer?

Would definitely give you a fuller sound.

What kind of budget are we talking about?

Ideally no more than about £250 (don't mind going for second hand gear...)

I guess the Quad sub will be a bit more than that!
