hi , i have a pair of fek refrence 104 ab speakers, these are with a wood veneer finish ( ithink) , is there anyway to update there looks a bit? that anyone knows of, in one of the threads about other peoples kit there is a picture of a set with what looks a bit like the piano black finish applied to the new quad speaker range, as far as im aware the 104 was never produced in this finish ( althoguh i may well be wrong) is it possible to achieve a simillar finish on my speakers? also what effect will it have on the value of the speakers, as long as ts not -ve ill give it a go , thanks all, mark

There are plenty of places that will sell you lovely veneers, when applied properly they will look as good as any other speaker.

If you want to do it on the cheap, Fablon do a range of finishes.
