Hi,
It's been a long time since I built my current PC (6yrs or more) and I'm a little out of touch. I'm in the market for an upgrade and have put together a shopping list after some initial research and would like any helpful feedback. The machine will be used as a day to day PC but also allow me to play games when the mood takes me - I still love Crysis, Sniper Elite III and Metro: Last Light but would like to be able to play newer games too. Here's my list so far:
Intel Core Skylake Processor i5-6500
Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H Motherboard
XFX Radeon R9 380 DD Edition Graphics Card (4 GB, GDDR5)
HyperX Fury Black Series 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) 2133 MHz DDR4
Crucial BX200 480GB 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive CT480BX200SSD1
I have a reasonable PSU and case with lots of fans. If anyone has any feedback on whether this will suit my needs I'd be grateful.
Thanks,
Martyn
