Updating Humax Foxsat

I have been reading about the problems other users have had when updating their software and was reluctant to change mine. Cannot find any comments about the new upgrade that came out in December so I presume it fixed the faults. This is the first time I have done the updating,the instructions from the web site says to edit the upgrade file name, I presume I will have to do this for the loader file as well. Do I put both files on the memory stick and hope the unit picks which it wants and in order loader or upgrade, or is it better to do two completely seperate operations with a complete power down between the two.

Thanks in anticipation for your replies< I want to do this right and not bugger my machine up.

You have to do it one at a time (both need the same filename). The order does not matter.
