Unlock and use web n walk

Hi I plan on:

Buying a sealed 16gb 3gs off ebay
unlock/jailbrake it.
Put my current T-mobile sim in and use web n walk

Are there any problems with the above idea??

Any help guidance appreciated

that will be fine, all you will need is the apn settings for tmobile, theres a thread for them in the iphone section somewhere. One thing to consider is on newer 3gs models the jailbreak is only tethered so you need to ensure the phones battery doesnt die or you will need to re jb!
