Out on Monday 28th April - any good? I like Diane Lane and apparently her performance is really good (Oscar nominated infact) but what is the movie / DVD like?

No clue about the DVD but the movie is quite ok. Try (rent) before you buy.

    We quite liked it.

One of those with a 'Oh no! what are you going to do now' theme.

More apparent when you see it.

Not a hard core thriller or a heavy, heavy drama, but a good film overall.

More for the girls maybe? My wife called it stressful, as it's obviously about an affair. She plotting maybe?

Anyway, most people should enjoy it.

I really can't see anyone wanting to re-watch this. Rent first.

We rented and my wife insisted it was turned off and returned a third of the way through. Slow and heavy. So we missed the hanky panky.

I quite enjoyed it although Richard Gere did have a dodgy secene in the aprtment.;)
However the Reg 2 version is said top have extra footage/uncut (cant remember where I saw this) is this the case does anyone know. If it does is it included in the movie or just extras.?

Did anyone else wonder why such a pleasant looking couple had such an ugly son?

LMAO, still going on about that one Brushy

For the record, Mr Brush so put me off this movie that I even let him tell me the ending, which is so bad that I'm still laughing about it now :rotfl:

I'd heard that the ending was good... very un-Hollywood shall we say.

I think it's on TV sometime in the next week or so

I'm not totally certain but I think I saw an Ad for it on Channel 5 last night. Then again I may be going insane.

It came out in June last year at the cinema! It won't be on terrestrial TV yet surely? I would have thought pay-per-view or something would show it first.
