unexpected VR delight

After finally updating my near 5 year old note 2 for an S8 plus, on a whim I bought a VR headset

Wow, it's simply amazing, I've watched movies on Imax sized screens and had loads of amazing experiences and my 9 year old boy keeps asking me to go on it.

They are doing Egypt at school this term, so he went for a virtual tour of tutankhamens tomb like he was in it!

I'm amazed how good it is especially as it was more of a why not than a must have at first and it's completely wireless to use.

Of course it's not perfect there is some obvious flaws but the experience is like no other and at £120 a no brainer add-on
Feels like the future

Welcome to the wonderful world of VR.
If you get a chance, try out a Vive. Once you can properly walk around inside a VR there is no turning back, it will blow your mind.

Once you move onto proper 6 degrees-of-freedom VR with fully tracked motion controllers...prepare to clear out your wallet! :D
