Following on from The Limey and Over-rated Movies, can we please list Vastly Underrated Movies, so that the uninitiated amongst us will see these viewing pleasures? Movies that got a slagging off but are actually quite good.

Final Destination - Some good Deaths
Cube - Just to scare & bemuse; an epic.

I'm not sure everyone would describe my choices as 'underrated', but they rarely get mentioned:

    Howard Stern: Private Parts
    Nothing to Lose
    The Game
    Breakdown
    Bowfinger

Being John Malkovich. Original, clever and John Malkovich really takes the p*** out of himself. Good sport.

    Run Lola Run

Let me add "RUN, LOLA, RUN" to the list! Not exactly underrated, but because it's foreign, most people won't touch it with a 17 foot barge pole, and yet are missing out on one of the most amazing thrillers ever!

Yeah Mystery Men is a cracker - one of my most watched DVDs. Also, as far as I'm concerned the following are just a few films that are very good but don't get mentioned enough:

    Grosse Pointe Blank
    Man On The Moon
    A Simple Plan
    The Straight Story
    Bound
