I've just got my disk from play247 and it is missing the cards.

Their site actually does not list the cards as a feature but every other web site does.

Has anyone here got their dvd with or without the cards ?

    Cheers

I bought this last Friday from the "Cinema Store" in London. The disc was vacuum sealed with the card inside.

Good dic with loads of extras. Still pondering on the film. Lots of interesting concept and radical use of photography.

I picked up a copy of R1 Unbreakable here in Australia last week, It does have the Card with a picture both sides.

It looks like copys of Unbreakable from Canada are missing the card.

I to got Unbreakable from Play247 and didn't receve the card or cards you're talking about.

I guess there the 2 collectible alex Ross illustrations??

Didn't even no I suposed to get them, never mind. Still a great film, not as good as sixth sence, but then agian ita completely different kind of film, so it isn't fair to compare the two.

Just to let all you folks know, there is a nice easy way to get the cards as play have stated they will not be getting them in stock.

    Check this link out :
    http://disney.go.com/disneyvideos/dvdsupport/home.html

Fill in the details on the 'report a problem' page and the nice folks at disney should send you an email asking for your full address and they will pop one in the post.

It's good to deal with people who seem to care about their customers.

As a side note I never managed to get my missing card from the Hellraise 1 & 2 tin but at least everything turned out fine this time.

    See ya

    wow

I just filled out the form, politely asking if they could send me the cards and got a personal reply within 5 minutes apologising and saying that they should be with me within 2 weeks.

Now if only all online service was that swift and positive...
