    Hey folks,
Recently had my Anthem 720 installed and I'm so excited to test out various sources. Unfortunately I've been unable to programme my Harmony One remote to control it. The Logitech too finds the AVR and seems to have the correct list of inputs but the Harmony One simply fails to control the AVR at all, it's completely unresponsive. And when I've attempted to teach commands using the original Anthem remote, the learning tool fails. This is a little frustrating, I guess I need to use the original Anthem remote but that's going to cause problems for my family who are used to using an all in one remote. Annoying. Can anyone offer any suggestions please?

Make sure you ping Logitech and ask. The more people bug them the more likely they'll put a profile in.

It should be a fantastic AVR :)

Whether there's a profile or not, you can still have the Harmony learn all the commands associated with the remote. If awaiting a profile to appear then that is what you are waiting for, for somone to learn the commands and those commands would then be made available via Logitech's database. Logotech themselves don't create or procur the command sets and they are sourced via their user base.

    He says it won't learn!
You need to do two things - ask Logitech Support why the database entry does not work, and ask them why learning doesn't work either.

I have the same problem as the OP. My Anthem MRX 520 is completely unresponsive to my Harmony One. Like the OP, I've tried the learning tool without success. I've used my Harmony One for many years with no problems, but this has me stumped. I've reported it to Logitech, but no reply so far. DrGekko, did you ever find a solution?

Okay, I found the problem. I needed to update the firmware on my Anthem. Even though I just bought it two weeks ago, it was out of date. Once I updated it to the latest version, everything worked as it should with the Harmony One.
