LG don't have a good track record with low input lag. Samsung & Sony are currently your best bet in the 4K market.

I have recently bought the 40JL9100, one of the new 4K UltraHD TVs made by LG for John Lewis. I'm not using it for games, but I have noticed there is a roughly half second delay when working with my Sony HDX hard disk recorder plugged into one of the HDMI inputs. That can be a bit disconcerting if I am editing a recording. I just have to be a bit careful when setting markers. Of source, you can't exactly press freeze when you are playing a war game (though you might wish you had $;-)
