I'm 99% sure that is the disc you want mate. It's prob cheap because of the exchange rate, you can't go wrong with DVDBoxoffice - when they're cheap, they're cheap, I just bought The Thin Red Line DTS from them for £11 and it arrived in less than a week.

    Thought as much. Thanks.

I actually stopped using DVDBox Office when I went to Play. These days though, and directly because of DVD Price Search, I've been ordering from them again. Very! cheap and much, much faster than they ever used to be.

Sorry, what I meant to be asking, is this the correct disc? Because it seems too cheap at that price form what I've read by others on the BB.

    Thanks.

If you mean by "the one", your refering to the setup disc used by most pro's. Then that's called "Avia". But if you mean is it the best of the "Ultimate DVD" series. Then i believe the Platinum is the one with the best test patterns etc.

If the above is NOT what yo meant, then please ignore me!:D

    Thanks Paul.

I now know, the Avia disc is the one eveyone goes on about. But the Platinum one seems to me, to be the one (for the money) to get.

It just seems that tonight I'd be better with a plank of wood applied across the back of my head to bring me back into line.:D

Well, I'm going to buy the Platinum one anyway I think, so I'll just lend it to you, and if there are any Avia nuts around, then maybe they confirm in the meantime if it's worth the extra £14 or so.

And if you have a DVD burner, then copy away.:)

    What is ROE 2.7?
I've already ordered it from DVDBox Office. It was posted today.
I tend to stick with R1 for the prog scan abilities.

Sorry - still in work mode! ROE is Rate of Exchange!

It doesn't matter where in the world you buy this disc from. They're all identical - region 0 and NTSC.

    Didn't know that. Thanks.

As I use the search engine 99% of the time, Ezy aren't one of my selected options. But....I'd bet someone else somewhere would poss have it even a smidge cheaper than that, probably.:)

So will the Ultimate DVD Platinum and Avia pay on region 2 players then?
