Hi all, I placed an order for 1 cable with UKHDMI on Thursday 29th January and I still haven't received it I have contacted UKHDMI 4 times now and these were the responses. Phoned them, "Will check with Royal Mail call you back" (NO CALL BACK) Email sent to customer support (NO REPLY) Email sent to customer support (NO REPLY) Phoned them, "Although we don't send Recorded Delivery our orders are manifested with Royal Mail and the recent adverse weather conditions has slowed down the delivery." (They mention this because a staff member said he would check where it was with royal mail, because I questioned how can he check with Royal Mail where a First Class piece of post is which isn't sent Recorded Delivery.) Either way check back Monday. Its now Tuesday and I have sent yet another email, which probably wont get a response. I am unsure about how he can track this order but its not out of the realm of possibilities that they are manifested with Royal Mail. But still this order was placed on the 29th January and its now the 10th Feb. Has anyone else had bad dealings with this company? I know we have had some bad weather so maybe this is the case. But the post is working fine for my Business and I have sent documents first class up and down the company between the spell of bad weather we have been having in the UK. All for a HDMI cable, doh!!!
