    Thanks chaps, these were in Richmond Park taken with a 1DMKIII with 300mm F2.8 IS L + x2 TC

    I have never seen a kingfisher in Richmond, or anywhere else in the UK for that matter so well done for spotting him and getting such good shots :clap:

    Really like 1 and 2:smashin:

    Only time ive seen kings around here was at chafford gorge and it was always a flash of blue and not much else.

    Very nice indeed! Great colour on the kingfisher, you've really captured the irridescent blue and bright orange well.
