I wonder if any owners of this set have successfully run the Netflix Connection Test which is within the HELP section of the Netflix app on the TV?

I have 3 Samsung devices with Netflix. A KS8000 TV, a HU7500 TV and a BD-5500 Bluray player. Netflix connection test fails on Server 2 on the KS8000.

I have done quite a lot of diagnostics together with Samsung and believe this is local to the KS8000 but would appreciate it if any other owners could say the test runs fine for them on the KS8000 model.

I have the KS8000 as well. When I run the netflix connection test i always fail on server 2 and sometime server 3. I have only once ever been able to get it to complete as most of the time it hangs on internet connection.

    Hi,
got my 60" KS7000 aweek ago, mounted on wall.
Also having problems with Netflix app,
Server 2 fails from time to time.
Get code nw-8-5-1 on internet connection, dont know what that means.

Netflix speed says, 20-25 Mbps, although I have wired connection using fiber at 100/100 Mbps.
If I unplug from Tv and plug LAN cable to Macbook I get 120/110 Mbps.
I tried measuring at speedtest.net, it said download 5-10Mbps, upload more than 70Mbps.

    Whats up with that?
Samsung told me I shall reset, could be a software error they said.
Are there or has there been issues regarding network on this product?

When I tried watching 4k with text,
for every new text at bottom, the same text flashed at top left, strange.

I use the latest Samsung sw, and the latest Netflix app.
