Assuming I can get hold of one, what would be a typiical good price for a Sharp 32GA3E?

I was considering the 32GD1E but as I've already got Sky I'm not really interested in the Freeview tuner and it's my understanding that the GA3 is identical to the GD1 apart from the separate media box with Freeview.

BTW how many scart inputs does the GA3 have? Sharp UK web site says 2 but Global site says 3.

Lots of places in Germany still selling them and got them in stock - don't know if there's any difference in the model but it does seem strange that they're sold out in UK but not in Europe

The Rumour is that the LC32GA4E will come back in stock in the UK.

I have been trying to source an LC32GA4E the dealers are saying that they are discontinued but Sharp merely indicate it as a supply issue. Having originally seen them priced around the £1300 mark I am now seeing them advertised closer to £2000, which considering the similarity in specs to the GD1E doesn't surprise me but makes me suspicious that the models are being repriced and the dealer I currently have an order with is trying to get me to cancel my order so that they can hike the price when the next batch arrives. Thoughts?

yes its bad news when the dealers do this ,they see people are desperate to get one of these models and then they really push the price up much to far there should be a law against it

Yes I spoke to RGB and they said the GA3E is being discontinued. The GA4E is not, but demand has been so great that Sharp are low on stock, but they expect it back in the shops soon.
