Does it have an integrated tuner?
Can it switch to fullscreen when viewing 4:3 DVDs? (my Panasonic CRT can't)

No, it doesn't have an integrated tuner.

When watching a 4:3 DVD, you have the standard variety of options:

    1. Watch it in the 4:3 format, with side bars.
    2. Use "Just" format to stretch and zoom to fit with minimal visable distortion.
    3. Watch in 16:9 mode (will be stretched with noticable distortion).
