A bit of an anxiety attack this morning resulted on me taking the day off work and going for a long walk in the countryside which I consider to be the best remedy.

I dorve out to a little village called Much Wenlock which is about 6 miles away from me, parked the car and walked two routes on Wenlock Edge. Of course, I took the camera with me and took a few photographs.

Here are a couple. Images link to larger sizes and .exif on Flickr.

(Nothing minimalist about these ons ..eh:smashin:.. (couldn't resist that:devil:)
    and
    Very theraputic

Even in greater London ( my neck of the woods) the sky is gloriously blue but you don't really want to see rows of houses do you?;)

    Very nice. Gorgeous skies.

I've been off today as well but spent most of the time in a dark room (Bad headache). I ventured out into the garden for a few minutes as a couple of new lenses arrived in the post that urgently needed testing!

    Hope you're feeling better.

Hope you took your air rifle. :D

Lovely blue skys - beautifully clear. Making me feel better already.

I had a similar day yesterday, too much work, complicated problems, so took the day off and spent it on a golf course. I wish i'd taken my camera - It was a lovely parkland course. The scorecard would have made a nice minimalist shot as well ;)

#1 for me - lovely colours on the sky and the tree. In fact, just the tree against the sky would have made a cracking shot. Looks very peacful.

Much, thanks. It's amazing what a bit of fresh air and exercise can do for you. Not had a fag all day either

Thanks for the comments guys, appreciated.

Two lovely pictures there Steve
Been feeling very low myself the past couple of weeks but no anxiety attacks thank goodness (not had any for a long while now so hopefully i'm over them as they can really intrude on your life in so many ways as you probably know).
I've booked a couple of days off so I plan on taking the camera out on Friday and doing the same as you and have some "photo therapy" to quote a certain Mr. Liquid :D

I'll try and post some as quickly as possible but I'm planning on an evening shoot so it won't be that early I'm afraid.
Enjoy your time in Tenby mate and try and get to Barafundle Bay if you can for some nice relaxation. It's only 20 minutes away and is well worth it.
Look forward to seeing your pics :)
