Hi,
I just purchased the TVIX M3100U, with a 750 GB HDD already built in.
I was very excited as I took it out of the box and hooked it up to my TV. Turned it on and everything appeared to be fine.
That is until I tried to connect it via USB to my PC running Windows XP.
My PC will not recognise that I have plugged in the devise (yes the device is powered on!). At first I thought that there was some sort of issue with my USB port, however the port is fine as I can connect other devices to it with no problems. As I am running Windows XP, the device should be detected automatically, so I don't think its a case of needing a driver.
Has anyone else had an issue like this? Any suggestions etc would be greatly appreciated, I really hope it is something stupid that I am doing, and not that the HDD is bust.
