TV Video Input? / SCART RBG < 8500AIW / Component Video Adapter

Just trying to get my head round stuff!!!!!

Want to get the best picture on my TV - I have scanned my Daewoo TV manual and found the following:

" The SCART 1 is used to connect a VCR, a Satellite receiver, a
Camcoder, a peri-TV decoder and a computer (RGB). "

Does this mean I can use ATI's 8500AIW Component Dongle to get a true RBG signal using a SCART > RBG cable?

The Dongle is for HDTV and I am certain my TV is not HDTV????

Won't work the dongle is for component not RGB. You need one of these http://www.scancom.ltd.uk/products/connect1.htm

You can build a circuit to do the same thing
