Tv-Video Combi

    Could anyone please advise if it is possible to record a video from a tv-video combi (with one scart) to a Philips dvdr890 recorder. At present I can record TV channels but cannot record a video that is playing on the combi....Thanks.:confused:

    I have a combi, but not a DVD-R you may need a bug lead, I get the signal out of my combi as i used a Scart to 2 phono for Prologic, but not sure if the video signal is by passed. Try borrowing a second VCR or a Second TV if the video will display on two TV's simulatanoeusly the signal is there and its a copy protection issue which a bug lead should sort, Why VHS to DVD-R anyway.?????
