I am very interested in purchasing a 32FX66. Where can I buy an Open Stand with shelves instead of the Glass Fronted one.

    Many thanks

Got mine from webelectricals.co.uk with Open stand. They deliver to mainland UK free and were very prompt during my order.

Got mine from premier av centre ..............I think most places will give you the option of either the door or open.

    Hi,

On this TV you should be given the option of either stand.

I also got mine from webelectricals.co.uk and went for the closed stand.

    Dal

John Lewis do the open stand which is by far the best option IMHO, but there's no accounting for my taste ;)

I got the impression from my Sony dealer that these generally ship with the open stand now as the glass door version proved unpopular, plus the lisfting mechanism can lose tension - also there is potential for trapped fingers in the sides - that's what I was told anyway. You may be given a choice, but the open stand is probably the best bet - and it has two shelves, the glass door version only has one shelf, I believe.
