TV Philips 65OLED705/12 sound (ARC) with JBL 5.1 bug

Hi everybody,

I am currently having a problem with my Philips OLED TV and my JBL sound bar. I specify that the TV, the sound bar and the applications are up to date.
Model: 65OLED705 / 12 (TPM191E _ 101.002.144.000)
Soundbar: JBL 5.1 (17.07)

Here is the problem that I encounter, when I use the multichannel mode (Derivation) the sound on applications like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney + etc ... works at certain times on certain series and / or films, on Amazon Prime none sound does not come out in multichannel mode (Derivation). If I change the mode to Stereo or Multichannel, no problem, everything works correctly.

I tried everything, factory reset, change my HDMI cable, change ARC port. I cannot understand why with certain series, films it works well ... For example in the menu of Netflix, during the presentation of the mini trailer, the sound works very well in multichannel (Derivation), I launch the film and the more sound I switch to stereo and the sound works fine.

Have you ever encountered this concern?

Thanks for your help.
