TV over the internet

What I mean by the title is that I want to get TV channels over the Internet rather than through an ariel. Here's why. I have Sky in the living room. No probs there. I want a TV in my bedroom. This does not have an ariel socket. I do not want to run a cable from the living room to the bedroom and do not want an indoor ariel either. I would like to get a small size Internet enabled TV and watch TV that way (TV catch up etc). What is the best TV for this and is it worth it? Thanks in advance.

why not use video sender's lots available and then you will see what is showing downstairs, good ones can change channels and turn on and off the sky box or use your laptop with a tv adapter either around £30
