Hi, i dont know if this is the right place for this question, so dont flame me!
Basically I want to know if its possible to hook up a TV input on my LCD monitor. The Monitor has VGA and DVI inputs. Would be looking to output from a component source, with a tuner, cus would be working from a Sky Mouse/DVD player. I want to do this as cheaply as possible, but still keeping decent quality. I tried inputting to the PC via Component Video In but the image was shockingly poor.
Many Thanks

component source - you need a yuv-VGA box - should be able to pick one up for a few quids.

For TV, check out the Pro-V in computer bits for sale though....

Had a look for convertor box. What is recommended? Looked at the syncblaster cable from maplin, 60quids. What will the quality of the signal be like if i display a component input on my LCD? Presumable I can use a set top digital tv box to input the sky mouse signal and output the signal to the convertor box/cable?? Sorry bit of a newb with this stuff. The other option is to buy a new TV. Currently only have 14". Only problem again, is money... Opinions welcome?
Thanks again, also thanks in advance.
