Sky use scart pin 8 switching so unless you get a really long scart lead, you will not get auto widescreen switching until sky decide (if ever) to implement line 23 WSS

I know. My kitchen and bedroom tvs have to be manually switched between 4:3 and 16:9 and it's a total pain. Line 23 WSS would be so much easier.

Slightly off topic, but in the same vein, is it possible to have the digibox output 16:9 through scart to main tv, but not to second tv using tv- link RF2(my second tv is a small non widesreen portable).

Just had TV Link installed. Works rally well. Nice to get a decent pictue upstairs on analogue as well .

My only complaint is WSS does not appear to be working Everything is fine downstairs, using SCART leads. But my widesceen set upstairs is not recognising BBC1 etc as widsceen. I have to manually force the aspect ratio. The digibos is set to 16:9 with Scart control ON. Any ideas, comments?

PS whats the remote sequence for the installer setup?
