I bought a PHhilips TV 42inch HD plasma model PG9631D with Pixel Plus 2 ambilght technology - I have just had it over a month but today the TV is switching on and off automatically every 2 minutes.....
The remote control lights work but doesn't function at all - so I cant watch programmes on TV - but when connected to Cable I can watch programmes
---- the remote control does not respond to volume or menu or change of channel .... I'm getting very frustrated - I bought it on the net - from Dixons
really appreciate some help on how I can reset everything on remote ????????????
