TV connection with Denon 4802R

Hello,

I have connected my DVD to the Receiver using Conponent video, inturn i have taken the Monitor Component out of the receiver and connected it to the TV(Philips).
I am not able to get any video.


I have connected my Cable set top box to the receiver using a conposit video cable, inturn i have taken the Monitor Component out of the receiver and connected to the TV.

I am able to get audio but no video.

Do i need to use another video cable (S-Video, composit)

It sounds like either the TV does not accept component video or you need to select component video on the TV.

Are you connecting from component to component? You cannot connect from component to RGB.
