For XP Home or Pro the Nebula DigiTV is probaly the best although currently restricted to a single tuner. For MCE 2005 the Black Gold DVB is the best and will work in single or dual tuner configuration.

No Black Gold doesn't, and also MCE2005 can't handle the Freeview radio stations either just the TV channels. You can get a free plug-in to MCE that can work with Internet radio feeds which might help with some of these.
