Question TV Banding Acceptable

    Hi Just purchased a TCL 65" from Costco 7 series cost £800 .it will be used for home media PC use .

    After unboxing it all and going through the setup I noticed a dark band going through the middle of the screen and screen uniformity looks pretty bad ......….is this acceptable do you think?

    65" for £800, it doesn't surplice me....Would it be visible when watching normal moving pictures? I doubt it. But I can see that for your intended use (as demonstrated) it would be annoying. I'd just stay with normal computer screens for that use at that price point personally.
