Hope this is the right section to ask this as my query is TV/aerial related.

My main aerial feed has a Y-splitter on the end. This is connected to my main TV & video, and my PCTV tuner card.

Problem is, when I touch the coax plug from the tuner card & the coax plug from the tv (at the Y-splitter), I get a mild electric shock. This is a continous current.

I have tried the TV and video separately and problem occurs with both.

If I try a different TV, no electric shock.

So, are my main TV & video at fault? Or is it the tuner card?

The tuner card is new and I didn't have any problems previously with 2 tv's attached to the splitter.

I've rewired & checked all leads and tried different splitters and leads.

No problems with TV or tuner card when I plug them in independently of each other.

    Anyone have any ideas?
