Tuning Sky remote to TV

Hi Guys

I imagine that this is a fairly common problem, so apologies if it has appeared on here before!

When I had Sky installed, the engineer tuned the remote into the TV so we could operate Sky and TV with the Sky remote. Since then, the remote was left with flat batteries for a long-time, so it "forgot" my TV settings. I thought it would be a simple task to re-tune it, but I can't work it out and I can't seem to find help on Sky or on their website.

Any help would be most appreciated!!
