    Hi

Buy a Quattro+ scart control centre from www.beyondhifi.net as this has 3 RGB scart sockets and you can choose which to use. Then use Dr Sim's box to convert the RGB into VGA.

    Hope this helps

    Hi

To be honest I have no idea what the Philips tuner box does and whether it does it well, so I can't help this time round.

    Sorry
