Hey Guys

anyone know of an easy way to "stitch" together lots of TS files? I currently have a video that is over 100+ and when I try to view them in any media player there is obviously a pause. This pause is most unwelcome! :D

Thanks in advance!!!

open notepad and type the following

copy /b *.ts merged.ts

and save as

merge_ts.bat in the location of your ts files

then double click the bat file and all your ts files are joined up....simple and works a treat.

:rotfl: Man thats just rude how simple that is

Thanks loads!

HDTVtoMPEG does this also - you can set an output size for each chunk which is handy for backing up to DVD.

use ts merge dead simple

Thanks for the extra ideas guys, not really sure how downloading an app though beats using a dos command :)

In my experience the dos command is slower. I've used HDTVtoMPEG2 and also Simple File joiner, both work great and were alot faster than the dos command. In my opinion of course! :D
