Trying to Record Sky+ Programs on DVD

    Just tried to record The Wire from my Sky+ onto my Toshiba RDXS32 and I keep get Source Copy Protected. So I tried anoter program and that was the same :confused: Only want to make some room on Sky+ as this time of year the wife and I have several programs we like.

    Anyway Round this chaps :hiya: Help........ ;)

    Sure Sky+ had a feature where it said record to tape when I got it :confused:

    Big brother won't let you record anything you've recorded from box office, so I'm told, but anything else should be OK. (my only experience is with tape though) You won't get the Dolby 5.1 soundtrack either, so I've been reliably informed. (see my earlier post).
    Still looking for alternatives myself.

    I thought all I had to do has change a setting :rotfl:

    Yes, I've got one, and it works. If you buy one, I'd advise that you use an exterior 9V power supply (even if the led on the plug lights up), because I had problems with it when I didn't. There is a small socket on one of the scart plugs that you plug the power adaptor into.
