Hi. I am selling my iPhone 7 in the classifieds. It is an unlocked phone direct from Apple. I use a Three sim with it. The new buyer is on Tesco/02.
So I just borrowed a workmates Tesco sim out of his iPhone. It keeps coming up with a message saying that it cannot contact the activation server. I haven’t got WiFi at work so was just trying over the mobile connection. Have Apple changed the process in newer phones when putting a different sim in? Does it have to be done over WiFi or using iTunes?
