    Hello to you all.
I've recently bought a 33E and am really pleased with it. I've got it set up as a webcam no problem, but after a short while the camera switches itself off. I know this is a good idea when I forget to turn it off after filming, but not when I'm using it as a webcam. Is there any way of overriding this feature when you use it as a webcam?

    Thanks in advance.

On most cameras either not putting a film in or leaving the film door open will prevent the auto shut-off from working

    That works on my TRV-900e
I have advised this to several other Sony users and it seems to have worked for all of them on several different camcorders.
