Does anyone know how to get rid of the trovi virus/spyware without downloading anything?

Hi, don`t think that you can remove it without downloading malware software, you can try resetting your browser, but not sure if that will do it. Is there a reason why you don`t want to download malware software? Malwarebytes is usually favorite to remove the malware though, it comes from a trusted site if that is your concern, have put the link in below.
